Bry recognizes the importance of creating initiatives, support services, and resources to educate, inform, and empower the community. She strives to achieve equality and eliminate social injustices in an effort to create a better world.
She is passionate about racial empowerment, community building, and solidarity between communities of color.

Dr. Bry earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University where she currently works to promote inclusive excellence.
